I’m a registered dietitian and personal trainer specializing in strength training, sports nutrition, and eating disorders and disordered eating. I help individuals foster a healthy relationship with food and movement—whether you're just starting out, navigating recovery, training for a goal, or simply seeking a sustainable and empowering way to care for your body.
My non-diet approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based science, and deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll build a strong, confident, and sustainable relationship with food and movement, no matter your starting point.
